10 days of strength and stretch - and it HURTS!

Myself and my daughter have decided to undertake the 10 day flexibility challenge during the holidays. We have now completed 3 days and it HURTS! But we just keep telling ourselves how good this is for us and do our best to breathe through the pain. We know by the end of it we will be stronger and more flexible and we will be thankful we did it. Who's going to join us in the challenge?
